Nestled in the heart of the Umbrian countryside, Antico Borgo Carceri & Wellness offers an enchanting escape that feels like stepping into a rustic dream. The fine views of Monte Subasio from the seasonal outdoor pool are majestic, and I found myself mesmerized by the surrounding beauty, especially the abundant flowers that our kids loved exploring. Elena and Stefano were the perfect hosts, making every morning special with their delicious homemade breakfast. Imagine waking up to sweet baked goods accompanied by the good aroma of fresh coffee! It set the tone for our daily adventures to nearby towns, each more charming than the last. The spacious apartment we stayed in, with its lovely garden views, was a cozy retreat after a day of exploration, especially with comfortable latex mattresses , made for the perfect night's sleep. I could easily see myself returning to this gem in a heartbeat, not just for the amazing scenery but for the warmth and hospitality , made this trip lovely.
